On February 22, 2015, I took my conversational partner Mario Chica to Islands of Adventures. Mario wanted to do something he could not experience in his home country of Colombia. While we were at the park he wanted to eat American culture food that he heard a lot about from his friends who visited Orlando like caramel apples, hotdogs, funnel cakes, and cream stuffed pretzels. He was also very interested in taking pictures with all of the characters within the park. Mario had an amazing first time experience at Islands of Adventures and wishes to return with his family during spring break. Our overall time together was very worthwhile knowing he got to experience something he had always wanted to do.
Sounds fun! Caramel Apples sound great and it sounds like a fun filled day with your conversation partner. I haven't been in such a long time but this truly would be a lot of fun considering it provides for a whole day of conversation and sharing of culture
