Matthew_CP#3

 I now have a routine with meeting all of my CP's and tutees at Starbucks. This session, I met with Mutaz who told me that he was an assistant P.E. teacher back in Saudi Arabia. He mentioned that he is from Mecca. I have heard so many tremendous things about Mecca and the holy pilgrimage so I had so many questions in store for him. He told me that he enjoys working out and weight lifting and showed me pictures of him in weight lifting competitions. I found out that he enjoys music played from a very tiny stringed instrument like a guitar. Unfortunately, halfway through our conversation he received a phone call and stated that he has run into an emergency back home in Saudi Arabia. Fortunately, Salah and his tutee were at the same Starbucks so I asked if it was okay to join in on his tutoring session and spoke with his tutee about similar questions I asked Mutaz. It was an unexpected mishap but nonetheless I got to observe some tutoring and engage in CP with two CIES students.
